CIE qualifications are recognised throughout the world. At CIE we are committed to ensuring that university admission offices, colleges, employers and professional bodies around the world understand the value of CIE qualifications.

In the field of Teacher Qualifications CIE collaborates with the Faculty of Education in the University of Cambridge. CIE qualifications are accredited by the Faculty and have the appropriate value within the Faculty’s Practitioner Professional Development (PPD) framework. This means that candidates who successfully complete the CIE qualification have the opportunity to progress further on the pathway of Faculty programmes, provided that they can fulfil the other entry requirements for these programmes.
