Cambridge IGCSE Enterprise is a lively and innovative trans-disciplinary course to help students understand how enterprises succeed and what it means to be enterprising.
Working with businesses and organisations, students will develop their knowledge and skills in creativity, financial planning, focus, team working and problem-solving.
Students will set-up and run an enterprise, applying classroom learning to a real business environment, gaining hands-on practical experience.
Enterprise in the Cambridge development process
Each new Cambridge qualification goes through a rigorous development, testing and evaluation process. Cambridge IGCSE Enterprise was piloted by a group of Cambridge schools around the world before being launched for teaching in September 2011. Cambridge IGCSE Enterprise is one of 20 subjects approved and funded by the UK Government for teaching in state schools in England.
