O-Level : Science - Additional Combined (5130)

Cambridge O Level Additional Combined Science is offered in conjunction with Cambridge O Level Combined Science. The syllabus encourages more in-depth study of the basic scientific concepts and principles of physics, chemistry and biology, as well as developing the ability to handle information and solve problems. There is no practical examination but learners gain experience of the study and practice of science through experimental work in class. As a result, Cambridge O Level Additional Combined Science equips learners with a general understanding of science and provides an ideal basis for further study of pure or applied science, or for science-focused vocational courses.
