Please direct all queries concerning results to the Examinations Officer at the Centre where you have taken your exam.

Replacement certificates

CIE does not issue replacement certificates. If you require a details of your examination results, please complete the certifying statement application form and forward it to us. Alternatively, contact our Customer Services team who will arrange for an application form to be sent to you.

Examinations information

For exam timetables, dates, registration information, fees and other examination information please contact the Examinations Officer at the Centre where you are taking your exam.

Please contact the Examinations Officer at the Centre where you made your initial entry.

Requests for special arrangements or special considerations

CIE is a provider of international qualifications and assessments and does not offer courses to individual candidates. If you are interested in going to Cambridge University, we suggest you address your enquiry to the University Enquiries Office who may be able to help you.
