Lost Certificates

If you have lost your certificate, CIE can issue you a certifying statement of their results. If you would like to receive a certifying statement, please read and then complete the following application form:

The form explains what candidates need to do before we can send a certifying statement either directly to them or to any public institution. These statements will be accepted by universities and other institutions as proof of their examination results. As stated on the application form (Question 18), all applications will be dealt with within six weeks of receipt.

If you wish to make use of the service, please complete the application form and return it, with the appropriate fee, to the address on the second page of the form.
