Cambridge qualifications are recognised by universities and employers worldwide.
CIE provides qualifications that develop successful students. Our syllabuses are relevant internationally, applicable locally and available for a wide range of abilities and age groups.
By offering Cambridge qualifications, a school joins a network of 6,000 Cambridge centres worldwide and demonstrates its commitment to the highest educational standards, supporting a reputation for excellence among parents, pupils and the wider community.
Cambridge qualifications are known worldwide for the excellent education they deliver, preparing students – from primary to pre–university – for the next stages of their academic or vocational careers.
Students find Cambridge qualifications enjoyable and accessible, and find success achievable. International in approach, the syllabuses are interesting to teach, relevant and up to date.
The syllabuses are flexible, so schools can offer any combination of subjects and tailor them to reflect local contexts.
Cambridge offers a wide range of qualifications, developed to the highest standards.
We continuously review and update our qualifications to maintain these high standards and stay at the forefront of educational development.
Each stage of the Cambridge International Curriculum connects well with the next stage. Schools can run a continuous programme at whatever point they want in the primary and secondary stages.
Alternatively, schools can offer individual Cambridge qualifications alongside other national and international curricula.

Cambridge qualifications are recognised by universities and employers worldwide. CIE works hard to make sure that this recognition continues.
In particular, Cambridge International A Level qualifications are recognised by universities as proof of the ability required to enter a degree–level course – and in some universities, Cambridge qualifications can even earn advanced credit.
CIE keeps fees as low as possible, so that Cambridge qualifications are available as broadly as possible. Cambridge represents excellent value compared with other international exam boards.
CIE is a not–for–profit organisation and part of the University of Cambridge. Our revenues are reinvested in research and development, to continue to improve services in future years.
CIE's excellent teacher support ensures effective, confident teaching to help students reach their full potential. Support includes face–to–face training, text books, and other classroom resources such as mark schemes, online training and even specialist teacher awards.
CIE provides schools with all the support they need to deliver CIE qualifications. Schools constantly rate CIE very highly in its customer service and administration.
Dedicated customer services and in–country representatives give Centres a day–to–day point of contact. Our efficient administration and clear documentation makes running exams as simple and as fast as possible.
Cambridge Centres can, if they wish, use the Cambridge logo, factsheets and marketing materials to show parents your commitment to excellence in education.
