Timetabling exams

We have a number of key arrangements to help maintain the security of our exams:

  • Every country has been allocated to one of six administrative zones
  • Every country has an identified Key Time that needs to be observed when timetabling exams
  • Every school needs to make sure that candidates are under Full Centre Supervision at the Key Time.

To make sure you have the correct final timetable you need to find out which administrative zone you are in. To do this go to Administrative zone and follow the instructions.

To download your timetable simply go to Exam timetables and locate the timetable for your administrative zone.

You also need to know your Key Times so you can organise your exams to ensure candidates are under exam conditions or Full Centre Supervision at the right times. To find out your Key Times go to Key Times.

To find out more about Key Times and administrative zones view our online tutorial for exams officers.
