The late entries deadline for the November 2017 series is 21 September 2017.
The process of letting us know which candidates will be taking which exam is known as making entries.
Before each series we notify you in the Cambridge Exams Officer eNewsletter, that the estimated entries form for the series is available. We use the estimated entries to work out the number of question papers and examination materials you will need for these early exams/assessments.
You do not submit any candidate details with your estimated entries, so you still need to submit final entries. Submitting estimated entries does not commit you to paying any entry fees, as the fees we charge are based on your final entries.
It takes some time to gather all the information you need to make your entries. Work closely with subject teachers and heads of department to make sure you enter the right candidates for the right exams.
Watch our video to understand how the time you submit your entries determines when you will receive your question papers.

Submit your entries well in advance of the closing date so you have time to check them and submit any amendments before the deadline, avoiding any late entry fees.
Entry option codes and instructions for submitting entries are in the Cambridge Guide to Making Entries. This guide is available from the 'Support Materials' section of CIE Direct. You will also receive the guide in hard copy at the end of October for the following June series and at the end of March for the following November series. Entry option codes are specific to each series so make sure you are using the correct guide.
Once you have checked all your entry information, please make sure you submit your entries by following the instructions in section 1.5 of the Cambridge Guide to Making Entries. If you do not submit your entries, we will not be able to process them and you will not receive the necessary materials and question papers to conduct your exams.
