Security of question papers and examination materials

Question papers must be locked away in a strong safe, which is kept in a securely locked room where key–holding is restricted to two or three authorised persons. The room should ideally be windowless and on an upper floor. Access to safe keys should be restricted to two or three authorised persons and keys to the room and the safe should be kept in a secure place.
