Resource requirements for Science Qualifications

Centres wishing to offer practical science qualifications must have the appropriate teaching facilities in place, including suitable laboratories, teaching equipment and full safety equipment.

CIE must be satisfied that Centres are adequately equipped to teach the practical aspects of the subject, as set out in the relevant syllabus, and can comply with any requirements for practical assessment before entering candidates for an examination in that syllabus.
